Considering changing job or moving sector? Wanting to advance your career at your current place of work? Our career coaching can help you develop the skills and confidence to execute a career move or change.
For many people the global pandemic has prompted or accelerated a whole range of career-related issues and questions.
Career coaching has never been a more valuable personal investment than in these strange and uncertain times we are currently living through.
Our career coaching is founded on our experience in corporate recruitment, designing and running assessments and conducting many hundreds of interviews for professional roles across multiple disciplines e.g. technical professional, finance, sales, account management, human resources and multiple levels including for Director roles.
This, together with our training in executive and career coaching, allows us to offer an expert tailored programme to meet the needs of professionals wishing to advance their career.
“When I met Sally I had already progressed to a management position but was wanting to take my career to the next level. Sally prompted me to see my career progression from a different point of view. She managed to get me thinking differently without losing who I am or what I believe in. As a consequence I’ve been able to successfully move sector and gain promotion to Director”.

What does career coaching involve?
We offer a range of services within two main categories – coaching and consulting – and we flex between these two approaches according to your particular needs and goals.
If you’re considering a career change and unsure what the right next move is for you or you’re feeling a bit stuck or lacking in confidence to take the first step, then we use diagnostic tools in combination with our solution-focussed coaching approach. Solution-focussed coaching uses advanced listening, questioning, summarising and feedback techniques to help raise awareness of:
- what gives you most fulfilment in your work
- your options and how to expand or decide between them
- your strengths and resources and how you can apply them
- how to develop the motivation to get started with your plan – and keep going!
If you’re applying for jobs and looking for recruitment insight to help you maximise your opportunities and perform at your best, we lead with career consulting to offer detailed and specific feedback on CVs, job search strategy and interview techniques.
Career Coaching delivery and fees
We deliver coaching by phone, online (via Zoom) and face-to-face which means you can choose the delivery which best suits your circumstances and personal preference. In career coaching, sessions are typically 90 minutes in length but more generally once you’ve had a first, foundational coaching session, we also offer a flexible range of shorter sessions (45, 60 and 75 minutes) so you can select slots to meet your particular needs.
Unlike many other coaching providers, we offer between-session email support such as providing resources or materials to help clients with their reflection and learning or to assist them with investigating options and action planning.
Our services are priced per session which means clients are free to stop coaching when their coaching needs have been met. Discounted rates are available for individuals working in the not-for-profit sector. For further information and to discuss your needs, please get in touch with us.
